Candidates should have 4 years US recruitment bench marketingSales Full proficiency in computer usage ability to use the ATS Knowledge on IT software technical terminology The position requires great verbal and written communication skills Need to have good experience in Bench Sales (US Staffing) Experience in working with all types of US Work permit’s Knowledge on all us Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp) Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules Placing the Consultants at best deals Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly Having a good Database and interaction with Tier-1 Vendors and clients Expert in Job Portal searches and other networking Methods Ability to get the H1 Transfers and get the project
