THE ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for proactive sourcing efforts in line with hiring demands, enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle and driving high volume hiring goals.
Organization skills, attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience are essential.
This is a high volume role.

Key Accountabilities:
– Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, recruiters, and teammates.
– Lead best practice candidate experience activities, including proactive identification, screening and distribution of top talent with appropriate stakeholders in line with business hiring demands SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: What we are looking for:
– Experience working in a talent acquisition environment, including knowledge of Sourcing methodologies and tools a plus
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Ability to interpret data and trends to inform talent strategy
– Excellent attention to detail and experience working with MS Suite products (mostly delivering on PowerPoint and Excel)
– Self-motivated, innovative and solutions-driven mindset, with an ambition to make a difference
