Anaplan is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the Global Tech Recruiting team.
This role is a full-time remote position.

Your Impact
Work directly with our hiring managers to establish hiring strategies for individual roles, including crafting a consistent process and plan for hiring (IE: sourcing approaches, external postings, interview process, etc.);
Proactively lead internal relationships with hiring managers and leaders to meet needs and give continuous feedback on what is/is not working and makes changes as needed;
Collaborate with a team of recruiting professionals, modeling outstanding recruiting by delivering a high-level of individual recruiting performance;
Ensure consistency in candidate process, with compliance around EEOC/OFCCP guidelines;
Advocate for and deliver a fantastic candidate experience;
Partner with Sourcers to provide quality candidates for unique or hard-to-fill roles.
Operate as an industry expert in implementing new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruiting at Anaplan for yourself and your team;
Team closely with Recruiting Coordinators and Sourcers in implementing hiring strategies and making any adjustments;
Partner closely with HR teams, ensuring combined objectives are achieved.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills
At least five years of solid experience recruiting full-time technical professionals;
Demonstrable experience as a strong senior-level “in-house” recruiter, within a comparable, global high growth technology company;
Experience collaborating with hiring managers, leaders, and hiring teams, as well as peers and partners;
Experience influencing and inspiring change in a high growth and fast paced environment;
Demonstrated ability to work on a wide range of technical roles;
Understanding of employment law, diversity initiatives and immigration;
Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills;
Proactive and adaptable within a very agile environment.
