We at Aeris are looking for a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our team at our Chicago, IL office (River North neighborhood).

Grow with the company and elevate your career.Key Responsibilities:+ Be the “CEO” of what you do: Recruiting.+ Own every part of your requisition load, soup to nuts (…or, in this case, job description writing, posting, sourcing, and interviewing…to hire)+ Partner with hiring managers and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
Some of them know exactly what they want and have hired a hundred times, and some of them are hiring for the first time ever.
We want our hiring managers heavily involved in the process, and need you to bring your expertise to the table to help them get the right people in the door.+ Source and assess talent against technical competencies.
We hire a variety of roles, and many of them are very technical—be comfortable working on software, quality assurance, embedded, and network engineering positions as well as other specialized roles in sales, financing, and marketing.+ Stay ahead of the game with your pipeline.

You’ll help us get the word out in whatever way we should, be it at industry events or university career fairs or through networkingThe Successful Applicant will have:+ Bachelor’s degree is required+ 7+ years of experience recruiting in either c orporate and/or agency environments (involving significant technology related work)+ Extensive experience with full-cycle recruitment practices and techniques+ Ability to identify passive job candidates by leveraging technology and professional networks+ Strong knowledge of sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, various job-boards, databases and Boolean search techniques+ Must be a self-starter, relentlessly resourceful, and capable of multitasking+ Positive attitude and professional demeanor; ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines+ Strong influencing communication skills (both verbal and written) required+ Excellent listening, consultation and negotiation skills+ Experience working in a diverse environment, and partnering with all levels of internal and external stakeholders+ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as JazzHR, iCims, Greenhouse, or LeverAeris walks the walk on diversity.
