Senior Recruiting Partner

What does a great Senior Recruiting Partner do?As a Senior Recruiting Partner, you will utilize your skills to drive recruiting for many positions across the Fiserv enterprise.

You’ll work as part of a high-performing, collaborative Recruiting team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills and a proactive approach to recruiting.

You will have ownership for a Business or Team, attending meetings with leaders regarding Recruiting Strategy and managing the relationships with Senior leaders.

You’ll develop strong collaborative partnerships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers and build a pipeline of candidates to advance the Fiserv brand.

As a Senior Recruiting Partner, you can look forward to:
• Serving as primary contact for the full life cycle recruitment of a variety of positions across multiple functions and locations
• Facilitating and managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation
• Providing a consultative approach when working with hiring managers and HRBPs
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics
• Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, and placing a strong focus on the candidate experience
• Providing accurate and timely reports and communication to recruiting management, hiring managers, and HR leadership
• Assessing the recruiting process, identifying improvement opportunities, and participating in or leading enterprise improvement initiatives You’re the kind of person who:
• Has executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership
• Knows how to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback
• Has great project management and communications skills.
• Establishes and maintains credibility with corporate executives and management
• Has success recruiting a broad range of complex positions, including technical and executive roles
• Has a history of successful interaction with senior-level business executives.
• Handles confidential information discreetly.
• Utilizes negotiation skills.
• Is reasonably tech-savvy and has experience creating Excel pivot tables.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• 5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
• Experience working with SLAs and recruiting metrics
• Experience in all phases of full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting
• Ability to travel up to 10% post-CovidPreferred qualifications:
