Overview:
The full-cycle Senior IT recruiter will play a critical role on the HR team, independently sourcing, interviewing and extending offers to top technical talent for a leading SAAS provider. You will lead searches for engineering, product management, UX/design, and other technical resources as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the technical recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, extending offers, and onboarding.
Develop a creative sourcing strategy for open positions in order to attract top talent via social media recruiting, networking, cold calling, etc.
Develop and post technical job postings and recruitment advertisements.
Review incoming resumes in our Applicant Tracking System and respond to candidates in a timely manner.
Provide a phenomenal candidate experience and act as the point of contact throughout the recruiting process.
Schedule, coordinate, and manage the entire interview process.
Work closely with our management team to develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
Create and execute a strategy for branding our name in the tech market.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area. Proven work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in Recruiting focusing on engineering and related technical roles.
Experience recruiting for roles that focus on core JS and functional programming.
Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates.
Expertise in working with an ATS.
Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
