We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated all-star **Senior** Recruiter to join our Talent Development organization. We build talent communities by uniting tried and true recruiting techniques with the latest in the market, to create and grow relationships for long-term engagement. You will have direct access to hiring managers while working closely to build strategies with our talented recruiting teams and Employee Success partners. You must have the bold ability to sift through our internal applicant pool and help streamline the internal recruiting process.**Role Responsibilities:**+ Acts as a talent and career advocate for internal employees at Salesforce. Creates space for thought-provoking and creative discussions to maximize career potential. Offers suggestions and resources in support of career goals.+ Builds an exceptional talent pipeline and proactively engages with internal talent pools to fill open and future headcount.+ Act as a first line ambassador to internal candidates by filtering, screening, and actively engaging talent within the company+ Fully own and drive hiring in aligned to business unit, with the ability to build deep customer relationships quickly.+ Advises hiring managers on strategic hiring planning and interview process.+ Identify, execute and drive strategic projects that impact the global Internal Careers team.+ Takes smart risks to find and execute creative solutions to roadblocks. Makes decisions that take into account the whole picture of Salesforce with the ability to scale.+ Partners and influences cross-functional stakeholders within the internal recruiting process.+ Maintains a solid understanding of talent segments being supported.+ Manages the entire hiring process from initial phone screen to offer acceptance.+ Participates on the worldwide Talent Experience team to implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build an ongoing, healthy pipeline of qualified candidates**Basic Requirements:**+ Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on internal talent+ Proven track record of excellent customer service+ Ability to build relationships with top tier talent and key stakeholders+ Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle+ Desire to act as an internal employee career consultant+ Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Shining track record of success in a fast pace, totally frenetic environment+ Improve the imperfect. If you bump into something that is broken, you love to fix it+ Experience partnering and influencing Senior level Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle+ Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies_For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $80,400.
