Senior Human Resources Generalist

This is a Full-time position in Franklin, MA posted November 9, 2021.

Tegra Medical is seeking a Sr Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our Franklin, MA location.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Sr HR Generalist performs duties at the professional level in some or all of the following function areas; sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and training.

This position requires an extremely perceptive and organized person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.

The Generalist must be sensitive to employee and business needs.
Sourcing, Recruiting and Onboarding talent
Monitors Applicant tracking system
Conducts weekly Orientations for new employees
Employee Relations
Benefit Administration
Leave Administration
Ensures compliance with I-9
Administers and maintains Co-ops, Internship and Apprenticeship programs
Assesses training needs of the organization
Coordinate and Develop training curriculum
Facilitate training sessions
Maintain accurate training files and logs for compliance
Workforce Training Grants
Facilitates and attends Career Fairs
Establishes relationships with local Career Centers and High Schools
Knowledge of all Federal and State Employment Laws
Assists with Open Enrollment and Benefit Administration
Assists with Employee Events
Assists with other HR related functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Must have sound HR technical skills
Previous working knowledge of ADP a plus
Level of Skill, Education and Experience:
BS in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 10 years working as a Human Resources Generalist
Training Coordinator and Recruiter experience preferred
Experience with software such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
