With over 500 employees, our client needs an HR Leader to oversee 4 staff to include a Benefits Coordinator, Recruiter, Leaves Specialist, and a COVID /Compliance Admin. With a recent payroll conversion this team is set up to start implementing new processes. Electronic timekeeping and going paperless is the way of their future and they want an innovator and strategic leader to report to the Senior Manager of Finance. IDEAL QUALIFIACATIONS 7 years of experience in food processing and agriculture HR department 3 years of supervision of staff Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field HRCI or SHRM certification Ability to conduct business in Spanish WHY APPLY?
