Job Description
U.S.
Bank is seeking a dynamic Senior Campus Recruiter to increase our employer brand, strengthen our relationships with colleges/universities, drive recruiting processes in a timely and cost-effective manner, and attract a diverse pipeline of early talent into the company to enable the business priorities.
In this role, you will contribute to the success of U.S.
Bank’s innovative Campus Recruiting function and be responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting a high volume of students for internship and full-time roles.
You will identify candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools.
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive candidate engagement strategy for the assigned geographical territory and execute strategies that will enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
The senior campus recruiter will proactively develop a robust network of internal/external partners, regularly assess industry data to develop best practices, and lead identified recruiting initiatives at a national level including but not limited to HBCU/HSI recruiting, master’s level recruiting, early identification program development, communication campaigns, ambassador programs, etc.
As the most senior recruiter on the team, you will leverage your consultative and data-driven approach to support 2-3 business lines in executing large scale initiatives specific to early talent, create and lead a tactical recruiting plan for national partner engagement, actively participate in the campus talent planning process for each business line, and serve as the internal team contact for recruiter inquiries specific to the business lines you support.

Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
– Eight or more years of recruiting experience, preferably with early talent
Preferred Skills/Experience
– Advanced knowledge of campus recruiting processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
– Excellent customer service skills
– Strong project management, marketing, and recruitment network skills
– Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment while balancing multiple priorities
– Well-developed ability to review and understand data, identify trends, and use metrics to drive decision-making
– Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
– Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
