These strategies and programs will include leveraging leading practices, developing processes and programs that position Raytheon Technologies as a great place to work, grow and belong.
You will introduce new and creative resources to deepen a culture of inclusion and to incorporate innovative ideas into the enterprise strategy for diversity, equity and inclusion.
Core Responsibilities: As a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Community of Expertise, contribute to the diversity, equity & inclusion strategy in partnership with key stakeholders including senior leadership Develop and execute an innovative, comprehensive, high-impact employee resource group strategy that integrates voice of the ERGs, enterprise structure, talent development and leadership engagement in order to advance a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.Assist in the development and implementation of annual strategic plans and budgets aligned with the strategy.
Partner across the enterprise to design and deploy strategies that build and enhance leadership capabilities and leadership effectiveness of ERG leaders and members Support ERGs in efforts to deepen the sense of belonging, community and inclusion both within their groups and across the enterprise Leverage impactful internal and external communications channels to engage organizations and leaders in the community in an effort to position Raytheon Technologies as an employer of choice and to attract talent Collaborate and build relationships with ERG executive sponsors Generate insights through information and analytics to guide actions; establish processes to monitor progress through clearly articulated, measurable goals and objectives.
Utilize various feedback methods including employee pulse surveys and external benchmarking surveys to guide actions Design, deploy, and manage pilot and ongoing deployment of ERG system and communications platform in support of ongoing management of ERGs (e.G.
ERG membership, elections) Provide metrics to share, measure, and promote return on investment in enterprise-wide ERGs Develop and executive sustainable programming and processes that will attract a diverse and inclusive workforce Research and recommend leading edge techniques, technologies and practices Partner with business diversity leaders, ERG leaders to plan and execute annual ERG Summit Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred Experience in leading, managing, and coordinating Employee Resource Groups for a large, global, highly-matrixed organization Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability Progressive work experience in driving large-scale projects across an organization with demonstrated results Excellent and proven project management skills, including being adept at organizing and multi-tasking activities, designing processes, and implementing programs with minimum overhead and maximum effectiveness Energy and passion to interface effectively with employees at all levels, work collaboratively and partner with purpose Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR and in the Business Units in a matrixed environment Results oriented and driven.
