THIS ROLE WILL START REMOTELY DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS Retirement Plan Services Consultant Role: Retirement Plan Services Consultant Location: Remote/ Weehawken, NJ Duration: 11 months Our client, a large global Investment Bank, is looking to hire Retirement Plan Service Consultant for 11 months term.

You will be working with global teams, with the chance to add a prestigious, known name to your resume.
Your New Role New plan onboarding
– Assist Admin team in processing increased volume of contracts.
File feed monitoring
– On a monthly basis, track all new business.
Coordinate with RK, FA, Branch Management on each new plan.
Field reporting
– Leverage BI reports and distribute progress across Divisions/Markets.
Engage with designated .
Field contacts to disseminate progress regularly.
RK coordination
– Ensure UBS contract records match RK paperwork.
Ensure advisory fees and billing is established correctly on bank side.
Skills Required Bachelor s degree required.
3-5 years Financial services industry experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate across multiple stakeholders.
