Job Description: Position Summary This role is responsible for end to end Resource allocations and capacity analysis for technical initiatives within Enterprise Payments & Merchant Technology space within Client Facing Platforms Technology.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Evaluate resource costs and ensure Resources are forecasted and aligned to Initiative Project and Base Funding.
• Partnering with Portfolio Managers for Release Train Engineers to assist in determining team capacity for new work within the Portfolio.
• Comprehensive risk, financial, and execution reporting.
• Work closely with Intake teams to assist with resource capacity and prioritization
• Build roadmap capacity planning views to help determine resource capacity and determine challenges.
• Work with Team Resource Managers to map build and maintain resource capacity views for executive reporting.
• Work with External Programs to ensure effective coordination of work aligned to capacity of all teams.
• Assist with resource planning/forecasting.
• Work closely with Portfolio Finance team with Financial risk and opportunity.
Required Skills
•-Previous experience with Bank of America in Finance, Intake, Allocations and/or Capacity Planning.
•-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•-Proficient with PMMT tool Desired Skills
•-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•-Experience with PCM tool
•-Understanding of Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
– certifications a plus
