Core Responsibilities Include: Leading a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators that’s highly collaborative, creative, and high-performing Partnering with senior Operations leadership in understanding regional and site specific hiring goals Creating consistent and streamlined data-driven updates, talent strategy recommendations Qualifications for this position include: At least 5 years of high volume recruiting experience 2 years of management experience for various non-tech functions Proven track record of leading site and regional teams through successfully creating and implementing recruiting strategies Experience with high level reporting on hiring metrics (at the leadership level is ideal) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with immaculate attention to detail
