This role will report to the Manager, Recruiting and be responsible for helping our company succeed by supporting the Human Capital functional areas, including Recruiting and Human Resources.

Remote opportunity but must be within a 4-hour commute of Boston, Orlando, or Milwaukee.MissionContinuously challenge the status quo around the recruitment and selection process to build and maintain a diverse culture of talented individuals and teams who are dedicated to overall organizational goals.OutcomesAchieve a fill rate of 80% or greaterProactively source 20% or greater of all candidatesAssess all candidates using assessment process and achieve an 80% or greater Take RateAchieve a 95% offer acceptance rateSuccessfully fill critical roles (as identified by the SVP of HR) within 90 days from the date the requisition is approved and openedSuccessfully fill non-critical roles within 120 days from the date the requisition is opened and approvedRole-based CompetenciesThe candidate should be able to demonstrate initiative, persistence, and follow through.

The candidate should be able to think creatively to find new channels and candidate pools to source from as well as possess critical thinking and decision-making skills to screen and select candidates who fit the requirements of the position for which they are recruiting.ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:All responsibilities for this role will be in service of the Outcomes listed aboveResponsible for full service recruiting including: source, screen interview, present, and hire qualified candidates for openingsEffectively manage a requisition load of 8-12 at one timeThis role will partner with many leaders and hiring teams outside of Human Capital to fulfill staffing needsQualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 3-5 year of experience in a recruiting or Human Resources capacityProven track record of success as measured against job requirements/goalsExperience with High volume recruitingSalary$85-100kIND 001-003 by Jobble
