– This is a remote opportunity for a full time in house recruiter.

This candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Assistants.

Prior recruitment experience is required but candidate will be trained by our staff.

This position will be for Monday
– Friday.

Responsibilities Include: Candidate sourcing and outreach Resume review and screening Interview calls Onboarding orientations via Zoom Participating in Zoom meetings with staff Reporting applicant status to staff Qualifications: Outgoing and energetic Self motivated and sufficient Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tech savy (Microsoft products, Zoom, ATS, CRMs) Reliable Organized Minimum Requirements: High school diploma 1 year recruiting experience Benefits: Remote opportunity Monthly Bonus Health Insurance Paid holidays Paid sick days Paid vacation 401K with 4% company match Compensation: $20-25/hr DOE
