Carries out responsibilities in the following functions: sourcing, screening, hiring, training, recruitment activities and branding.

Essential Job Functions Talent Acquisition
– Conducts recruitment efforts for hourly and exempt roles at the plant level; interviews candidates for employment; writes and advertises job openings through MyConnect recruiting tool; Assists with key hiring projects in the region.

Building Relationships & Talent Pipelines: Working with Military, Work Re-entry, Colleges, and other sources to develop pipelines.

Project Owners: Responsible for developing, evaluating, leading and continuously improving talent attraction and retention programs including: employee referral, candidate experience, diversity hiring, and internal mobility.

Continuous Training & Educating:
– Coordinates and provides assistance to HR Specialists, Area HR and Hiring Managers in regards to recruitment tools, interviewing and hiring process.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Willing and able to travel approximately 20-30% to plant locations and for career fairs & recruiting events Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools Experience developing sourcing strategies and pipelining Work ethic that is constantly mindful of how actions and behaviors reflect our Guiding Principles; exemplifying a strong sense of purpose and positive approach.

Demonstrated ability to inspire followership through engagement and alignment around a common vision.

Manufacturing or similar industry experience (construction, hospitality, etc.) required Experience recruiting/staffing for both hourly and salaried roles Demonstrated ability to manage own time effectively, work with minimal supervision, and maintain control over all current projects/responsibilities.
