Overview

Regional Payroll Manager opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky at our Support Center.

Adoration Health is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented leader to fill the role of Regional Payroll Manager.

This individual will be responsible for the management of all payroll processing activities across several unique payroll groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, earning codes, benefits, and taxes consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws
• Supervise, train, and develop a large team of payroll staff, serving as an informational resource and providing guidance with daily activities
• Maintain a working knowledge of current wage and tax laws in applicable states as well as internal payroll policy
• Collaborate with Cash Disbursement Senior Manager to identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness in the payroll process and execute improvement strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 3-4 years of relevant payroll experience required
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role required
• Experience with third-party payroll processing software required; experience with ADP preferred
• Knowledge of payroll and payroll tax principles, regulations, and procedures required
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
