We are currently looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our HR Team as a Regional HR Director for our growing Company.
This position work requires frequent travel to communities in Central and Northern, IL.

This position will oversee HR functions for a number of assigned communities ensuring compliance, employee relations, benefits and compensation management as well as training.
Bachelors degree and SHRM certification required including previous experience over multiple sites required.
