Job Summary:
The Regional Human Resource Manager position provides organization and oversight of the Human Resources functions within locations of the region.
Assists Home Health and Behavioral Health as needed.
Participates in HR Work Group and is highly motivated to quality improvement.
The Regional Human Resources Manager must be highly skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing, while demonstrating consistenly pleasant, professional, and courteous behaviors.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Education & Work Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in an office setting and human resources required
Experience serving the public and people from a wide range of socio-economic and health backgrounds preferred
Experience supervising others preferred
