An exciting opportunity to work with a well-known successful FinTech brand enjoying significant growth and as a result are expanding their recruitment teams.

Our client is looking to hire a Sourcing Partner with experience of hiring within the financial services or Tech space.

This could from in-house, agency or an RPO environment.

The Sourcing Partner is key to getting the right talent into the business.

This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be responsible for talent piplining talent though networking, events, headhunting, referrals and creating a positive brand in the market.

This is a client facing role, the successful applicant will consult and advise the business on appropriate routes to hire and advise on market intelligence, competitors, attraction and trends.

This role is supported by recruiters that help schedule interviews and assessment centres.

The Sourcer is very much a key and visible role within the recruitment team and business.

The ideal candidate will be an influencer and come with strong stakeholder management.

They hire smart and ambitious people.

This is a highly networked organisation, someone who is collaborative and enjoys responsibility within a backdrop of a flat structure will thrive in this environment.
