– we’re just getting started.**Summary:** As the Recruitment Marketing Manager, Early Career, you will lead a team of branding and marketing experts to craft the vision, strategy and programs to help early professional candidates understand why Meta is the top destination for launching and building their career.
You’ll set marketing strategy, organize resources against key priorities, and partner with Recruiting, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and other cross-functional leaders to shape our overall strategy.If you are an experienced people manager who is committed to empowering teams, future-focused leader who prioritizes continuous innovation and creativity, builds differentiated value propositions and thrives in building inclusive and unique marketing programs, we want to talk to you.**Required Skills:** 1.
Lead vision and design of omni-channel branding and marketing strategies that engage and inspire our target audience and grow the top of our candidate funnel for early career audiences2.
Actively solve for scale and agility through building effective team operating models and processes3.
Champion diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity, and inclusion across all elements and experiences4.
Be the expert consultative partner for early professional recruiting teams and other partners in helping them achieve their hiring targets5.
Build relationships with leaders across recruiting to influence roadmaps and decisions6.
Use data and reporting to inform decisions and regularly share results, insights, and impact with cross-functional partners and leadership7.
Lead and build high performing teams exhibiting strong people manager behaviors of showing care**Minimum Qualifications:** 8.
10+ years of experience in marketing, and branding9.
3+ years People management and leadership experience10.
Experience building, optimizing and scaling marketing campaigns that improve acquisition, conversion and engagement using data-driven strategies11.
Experience using analytics to determine the impact and effectiveness of campaigns12.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and experience to prioritize amidst many moving pieces13.
