Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Location: New York, NY 10013 Anticipated Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension or permanent depending on the performance of the candidate and client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage/Plan networking events Manage monthly BCMA newsletter Coordinating Volunteer Digest and Wellness Wednesday Newsletter Handle print shop ordering & shipments Creation of Surveys (Post event surveys, rotation applications via Citi Survey) Coordinate lateral onboarding with key partners (Registration, Tech & Logistics team) Scheduling and preparing communications for engagement sessions Coordinate weekly team meeting agenda Assist with BCMA leadership opportunity review Help coordinate Associate Roadshows Help collect progress evaluation feedback for first years Help track new hire class lists and prepare communications Help monitor training mailbox and respond to questions Manage Exit process for program roll-offs Plan/coordinate Analyst and Associate summer networking events Helping with FT Analyst and Associate Induction training Create surveys for post-training feedback Create Bio book for Incoming Analyst and Associate Class Help create and distribute weekly training update communications Tracking Analyst promotions Help coordinate Analyst Roadshows Help coordinate materials for yearend calibration meetings Helping with GALI About BCforward: BCforward began as an IT business solution and staffing firm.
