Job Description Hello, We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinator role to join our team with one of our clients. Job Position: Recruitment Coordinator Job Location: ARDEN HILLS – 4001 LEXINGTON AVE N Job Duration: 12 Months Worksite : Temp will be virtual / Remote after training Job Description: You will organize and post job requisitions into our applicant tracking system; post to external job websites as requested by the recruiter. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining candidate information using the applicant tracking system, coordinating interview schedules, making travel arrangements as necessary, scheduling candidate feedback sessions and processing invoices. This position administers and coordinates the pre-employment drug screening and background investigation processes and has accountability to oversee timely new employee on boarding paperwork and processes (e.g., offer letters, I-9s).
