Its important to know this is an assistant role, someone who is currently a recruiting coordinator because a large % of the need will be recruiting coordinating, however there will be some assistant tasks as well, it’s a 5050 blended type role depending on the recruiting work load per week
This is a remote position
In this role there are several points of focus
- Recruiting coordinating, scheduling, calendar mgmt, appointment mgmt and prep, tons of communication, feedback loops, onboarding paper work, status update calls, tracking of each status and much more
- Administrative assistant tasks which would include expenses, report creation, travel, ordering items, and a variety of other admin tasks both 1 off and reoccurring
- Data base administrator for Monday.com which our work flow communication and work flow platform. This role would help update boards columns and screens, conduct reporting reporting etc – here is a good video to get a feel on the tool https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObkWrfukomA
Ideal candidate would be highly detail oriented, very organized, quick paced, tech proficient, very friendly to work with the recruiting team and want to be in community, know excel at a moderate to intermediate level and able to multitask with out dropping tasks.
