Express Employment Professionals – Fairfield is in search of a Recruiting Specialist.  

Express is currently hiring an outgoing, friendly and bilingual Spanish individual who will contribute to Express Employment Professional’s success by resourcing and recruiting for our company.

The successful candidate will perform daily telephone interviews, providing encouragement and coaching to job seekers as well as making hiring decisions based on office needs.  Duties will include proactive calls to all online applicants, reactive calls to applicants seeking employment, documenting all call information, scheduling follow up appointments, managing digital job posting on multiple social media platforms and providing additional office support as necessary. 

Candidates are preferred to be bilingual Spanish in both written and verbal form, possess a command of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.  Additional requirements are basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel and the ability to type a minimum of 35WPM.
