Overview: The Supervisor of Recruiting plays a vital role in developing and coordinating the recruiting functions that provide a positive experience for applicants and system employees.
This position will assess, standardize, and optimize all recruiting practices and workflows.
Responsibilities: Reviews current recruiting processes and defines and establishes processes and procedures to improve speed and efficiency.
Develops a standard system intake process.Defines and develops a work credit calculation and philosophy.
Defines and develops a recruiting strategy tailored to the level and/or type of position.Develops a college and high school recruiting and relations plan.Serves as Workday recruiting lead for all recruiting related projects, upgrades, etc.Develops a standardized system Executive level recruiting process.Meets recruiting industry standards and strives to exceed industry standards in days-to-fill metrics.Supervises and defines workflows, processes, and identifies response time to consistently provide an excellent experience.
Establishes and provides recruiting data and metrics to leadership to identify and expand recruiting functionality.
Supervises and coordinates schedule for assigned staff.
Assists leadership with the hiring process, preparation and delivery of evaluations, and corrective actions for assigned area.
Assists all locations to ensure standardized recruiting processes while consistently promoting the organizational values.The above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related graduate degree required.
Masters degree in related field preferred.Minimum of three (3) years work experience in Human Resources required.
Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience required.Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.Possess effective project management skills, to include tracking and communication of progress and metrics.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
