is seeking a self-motivated and detail-orientated Full-time Recruiting Coordinator.

This position will support our skilled nursing facilities with recruiting and retention functions.

This position is located at our office in Tempe, AZ.

Full-time, Monday
– Friday

Salary: $44,000
– $55,000, depending on experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Partnering with our skilled nursing facilities regarding their open positions Posting and managing job openings through various job boards Identifying top quality candidates through sourcing Managing reports through Workday and Excel Analyzing recruiting and retention data to identify trends Training and providing customer service to the field Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices Responsible for creating weekly reports and providing data to the field as needed Additional projects as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years of recruiting experience is required Administrative background is required Must be professional and highly organized Computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel  Must be customer service and team oriented Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
