Responsibilities: Identify, interview, andplace highly-qualifiedprofessionals in new career opportunitiesLeverage creative messaging and networking strategiesto recruit and engage top technical talentSource for candidates usingreferral networks, job boards, socialand professional networks, and our existing databaseConduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, professional strengths, compensation expectations, and career goalsGuide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding processNegotiate offer details, compensation, and benefits to attract and close candidates into positionsPartner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine keyrequirementsDocument all interactions with candidates in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Provide prompt and thorough feedback to candidates throughout the recruiting lifecyclePerform reference checks and validate certificationsCoordinate and prepare candidates for interviewsProactively build and cultivate a strong pipeline of IT and digital talentRepresent GDC at various recruitment events including job fairs Minimum Qualifications: Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionalsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter with excellent time management skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced,performance-driven environment.
