Crossroads’ clinical staff includes physicians, pharmacists, counselors, nurses, and other service coordinators.

Along with medication management, our staff works closely with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan aimed at building recovery and relapse prevention skills.Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team.

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing targeted healthcare clinicians using phone calls, emails, job boards and a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods.

Reviews resumes and phone screens all candidates to determine quality and fit for the organization.

Presents medical opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about Crossroads Treatment Centers, compensation plan, benefits, and specific elements of the position.

Our corporate office is located in downtown Greenville, SC.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned:Prospect, source, and interview candidates through referrals, job boards, and LinkedIn.Craft and send recruiting emails.Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Schedule candidate interviews and answer applicant inquiries throughout the recruiting process.Answer candidate recruiting inquiries, questions regarding candidate job search, and conduct screens with potential candidates.Assist in job order pipeline so it is consistently being updated to reflect up to date status on each outstanding job order.Assist in building candidate database through various recruitment strategies.Ensure completion of weekly Clinician staffing and pipeline report for recruiting meeting.Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources/Psychology preferred and at least 2-5 years of recruiting experience.

Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Effective written and verbal communications.Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks.Solid experience in sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.Must have strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport rapidly.
