Provo Rehabilitation and Nursing is a Skilled Nursing Facility who has been working on becoming the facility of choice within our community. New experienced leaders (who have been part of Award Winning and 5 Star facilities), have recently joined Provo Rehabilitation and Nursing’s team and are looking to hire a recruiter to help us make a positive difference in the lives of the elderly and vulnerable population and be part of our future success. Duties:
- Sources and recruits candidates using databases, job boards, social media, etc.
- Screens candidates and facilitates interview and hiring process
- Supports facility onboarding and orientation programs
- Develops strong working relationships with facility managers and trains/coaches on employee management/development/retention
- Acts as a point of contact to build/improve relationships within the community
- May occasionally travel (10%) to recruiting events and job fairs. Valid driver’s license required.
