Recruiter

DATTCO has a full-time Recruiter opening.

This position is responsible for supporting our School Bus Division and has responsibility for recruiting school bus drivers, van drivers, monitors and other positions as needed.

DATTCO is a third-generation, family-owned company and is the largest private passenger transportation company in New England with 1,700 vehicles operating from over 30 locations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist DATTCO’s School Bus Division with phone and in-person recruiting.
• Job fairs.
• Phone screening.
• Candidate follow up.
• Recruit at local festivals, fairs, sporting events, flea markets, etc.

Position Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Recruiting or sales experience.
• Well-developed planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and customer focused.
• Proactive mentality towards problem solving.
• Adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to work with computer systems and follow specific business rules for data entry.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements at a moment’s notice.
• Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.
