What you’ll do:
Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e.
job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.) Assess candidates through phone screening, interviewing, skills testing, and reference checks Maintain and develop relationships with potential qualified candidates via phone and email communications Serve as point of contact for candidates and clients by resolving any issues that may arise Ensure employee and client satisfaction Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas Obtain and generate sales leads and set new meetings with potential clients
What you’ll need:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Competitive mindset Proven desire and ability to take initiative Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment Interest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIs Bachelor’s Degree preferred
