The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to create a positive hiring experience for candidates and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectively
Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system
Maintain and update job descriptions for each client job order
Conduct employee engagement calls – “First Day” and “Weekly” check-ins
Market qualified candidates to existing, former and prospective clients daily
Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance
Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires
Facilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidates
Personnel file maintenance of paper files as well as electronic file into the operational software system.
Engages with customers daily via phone, email and in person
Essential Skills of a Recruiter:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects
Strong problem solving skills
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
Strong customer service orientation
High School Diploma required**
