RECRUITER IN BOULDER Client in financial industry seeking recruiter to join their team DESCRIPTION: Client is seeking an engaging and charismatic recruiting professional who can deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience, while having authentic leadership to drive candidates into the company.
The ideal candidate will want to be experienced in recruiting strategies and have excellent organizational abilities.
Being familiar with developing marketing strategies that effectively attract and retain top talent is helpful as well.
The ideal candidate will work out of the Boulder, Colorado office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee the creating of job postings and manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
•Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a range of roles throughout the Company
•Screen candidates for minimum qualifications and helps ensure candidate profiles contain complete application materials
•Own full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
•Provide customer service to our applicants and internal customers regarding the ATS
•Responsible for gathering data analytics related to recruitment on a weekly/monthly basis
•Manage all stages of recruitment process through the ATS
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs
•Attend weekly recruitment meetings
•Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Sociology
•Some experience in sales, or in a metrics-driven environment, strongly preferred
