General Summary: Brillient Corporation is seeking an experienced Policy Analyst II will provide research project management support relating to opioid generic drug research projects.
Essential Job Functions:
• Develops guidance and procedures and operational management.
Utilizes the agency travel management (CGE) to review and approve travel authorizations for internal controls.
• Researching, analyzing and writing internal policies and procedures essential to program operations.
• Analyzes and evaluates in a comprehensive manner work processes and policies, operations, and procedures.
• Position requires the use of exceptionally sound and experienced judgment, objectivity, the ability to work with others, exceptional communication skills.
• Review and submit applications for official passports, diplomatic passports, and visas for FDA employees who are assigned to travel on behalf of the agency.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for Center POCs and Travelers on international travel policies and procedures.
• Work closely with State Department to obtain electronic Country Clearance approval for each traveler assigned to travel on behalf of the agency Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree Experience Requirement: Minimum four (4) years of related experience.
Other Requirement(s): This position requires U.S.
Citizenship or a Green Card holder and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance.
For a candidate that is a Green Card holder, they must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the past five years prior to your application date.
You will also meet the residency qualifications if you lived abroad while on government or military duty or if you were a dependent of a federal employee of military member.
