It is in the applicant’s best interest to submit application materials as soon as possible.Pierce Transit is an independent municipal organization, dedicated to fulfilling the mission of improving people’s quality of life by providing safe, reliable, innovative, and useful transportation services that are locally based and regionally connected.We are currently recruiting for an Employee Services Analyst, Senior to facilitate the Agency’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) reporting to the FTA, partnering with the recruitment team on the associated EEO goals which results from the EEO analysis and report, and driving the Agency’s diversity, equity and inclusion program.Under direction from the EEO/Civil Rights Officer, you will provide professional advice, analysis and recommendations on best practices for Agency EEO and Title VI programs, to ensure risk is mitigated and proactive programs are implemented to result in an engaged, diverse and empowered workforce.

As the EEO/Diversity Senior Analyst, you will assist in fostering an inclusive community and climate throughout the Agency which values equity and diversity while actively working to encourage a range of perspectives and celebrate our differences in both thought and experience as we embrace the vital work of providing public transportation services.
