Job Description Ameriflex is currently seeking a full time Payroll-Workforce Implementation Specialist position for our office in Carrollton, TX.
This is a salaried position with departmental bonus potential.
The normal work schedule is 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Core Competencies) The Workforce Implementation Specialist is responsible for new Client setup, implementation calls, training and servicing a book of business for new and existing accounts.
They are also responsible for reviewing accounts and identifying new product opportunities to existing clients.
As a Workforce Implementation Specialist you will: Uphold the Mission Statement of Ameriflex Follow all internal and external rules of compliance, regulation and confidentiality Acts as a subject matter expert/resource in the Workforce platform Recommend and/or participate in the development of new procedures and policies related to Workforce operations.
Consistently exhibit the values/behaviors of AmeriFlex Serve as the primary contact and relationship owner for assigned clients.
Answer questions and resolve issues regarding payroll/tlm/hr, accounting, tax filing, money-movement, and other related questions/issues.
Be an expert regarding the services and processes of AmeriFlex Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and business growth Work to ensure all products are properly administered, and payrolls are processed 100% correctly and on-time every pay period.
Perform any other duties, pertaining to business needs, as assigned by Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED : Workforce Implementation Specialists must: Have superior written, verbal, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Be able to navigate web based applications including AmeriFlex systems Have a strong command of the English language (written and verbal) and understand/practice proper e-mail etiquette Have proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and simultaneously and maintain deadlines Be resourceful and results oriented; driven to achieve goals and objectives Have excellent time management skills Have a working knowledge of the payroll and human resources outsourcing industry (CPP preferred) Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other common business software Work well under various demanding situations Have the ability to gather and analyze information and effectively communicate the findings Have the ability to quickly address the needs of our clients and to tactfully handle difficult situations Work well in a team environment CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE: Graduation from a four-year college and/or 5 or more years professional experience in Payroll or Human Resources Outsourcing required: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
Experience with client service/relationship management required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Work in an office environment; sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; use hands to grasp and reach; occasionally stoop or kneel; see, hear, and speak with sufficient acuity to successfully perform all aspects of the job; use telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means; lift up to five pounds of weight.
