A Growing Energy Company is looking for a Payroll Specialist.
For consideration, client requires 3 years prior experience in a Payroll Specialist role.
Job Description:
This Payroll Specialist will work hand in hand with the HR Generalist and will report to the Corporate Controller.
They will be responsible for all aspects of payroll from entering employees and changes to entering time and PTO.
This is a one person payroll job
There are 90 employees (multi-state and multi-shift), all on one payroll cycle
– Bi-weekly.
This role will work through all payroll issues with the 3rd party (PAYCHEX) as well as with the employees.
Job Requirements and Skills:
3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing.
2+ years using PAYCHEX or ADP
Experience in processing bi-weekly payroll for more than 100
Multi-state, multi-cycle payroll processing a plus.
Additional experience in benefits and/or accounting
– preferably both!
