Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
In partnership with the Director of Payroll and the rest of the payroll team, the Payroll Analyst will support the organization in paying employees on a bi-weekly basis.   Well established company with a reputation for excellence!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing multi-state payroll
  • Research payroll issues
  • Accurately review and respond to garnishments.
  • Working within established timeframes to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Import files from Time and Attendance systems into Paycor Perform for bi-weekly processing.
  • File electronic copies of reports for retention purposes and for future use in research/investigation.
  • Work with field personnel to provide additional knowledge, information, or training as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of payroll experience required
  • Excel skills required
  • Overall general knowledge in MS Office
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Holds confidentiality as a top priority
  • Paycor software highly preferred++
