Payroll Specialist
Our Client is a leading company providing specialized health services impacting the lives of children nationally. Seeking a strong Payroll Specialist to join their team located north of Denver. Duties and Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
- High volume, full-cycle, multi-state payroll processing for up to 3,000+ associates
- Assist with expense reimbursements and commissions
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Verify reconciliations and prepare 941 filings and conduct audits as necessary
- Process garnishments and manual checks as needed;
- Ad-hoc accounting and reporting as needed
Skills and Experiences required for Payroll Specialist:
- Seeking 2-4 yrs experience processing multi-state payroll
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
