Payroll Manager

Payroll Manager Newington, NH-On Site $85-115,000 annually Our client, a large manufacturing company in Newington is looking to build out their accounting team due to massive, sustained growth over the last several quarters.

The Payroll Manager report to the Controller and be an integral member of the Finance Department.

Must have solid skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system: ADP Workforce Now and UKG Workforce Ready (formerly Kronos).

Experience with ADP and UKG is strongly preferred.

Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment while meeting all deadlines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Demonstrates strong customer services skills.

Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.

Displays a customer focused work ethic with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Results driven individual who has demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative problem-solving skills, and the capacity complete tasks on time.

Qualifications Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration; Accounting Degree strongly preferred.
