Payroll Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Timonium, MD posted December 2, 2021.

Chesapeake Search Partners is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join our client’s team. We have partnered with a well known non-profit organization in Maryland. This position will report to the Payroll Manager and is responsible for payroll and related accounting activities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and perform a variety of complex payroll functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Bi-Weekly payroll experience
  • Familiarity with report writing tools
  • Oversees the Time and Attendance auditing process and resolves any issues arising from the timesheet

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field;
  • Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and time management

Pay: $55,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
