Position SummaryThe goal of this position is to setup new clients from their existing payroll platform to the PCS software platform and manage an ongoing relationship with a set base of clients by supporting and managing their various payroll related needs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities* New client payroll implementations* System expert in all aspects of the payroll software (i.E.

Time, Benefits, HR, Onboarding, etc.)* Coordinate timely and accurate implementations relating to all aspects of the client’s service needs (i.E.

Time, Benefits, HR, Onboarding, etc.)* Compliance to established PCS processes* Identify and make recommendations relating to process improvements to streamline workflow and improve the client experience* Software navigation support for payroll application through phone and live meeting contact* Supporting a client base* Troubleshooting payroll and software related needs* Resolving client issues in a prompt, professional manner including thorough follow-up* Coordinate support from partner departments to accomplish client requestsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)* Payroll Service industry experience preferred* Must have high volume experience in payroll processing* 5+ years of payroll processing experience a plus* Solid customer service skills* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Highly efficient multi-tasking adept at staying focused through many interruptions* Experience with computers including Microsoft Word and Excel applications* Excellent verbal and writing communication skills* Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills* Able to work in a fast-paced environment* Strong team player able to jump in where needed* Open to change, and adherence to established processes
