Payroll & Compensation Analyst

The Admin Payroll Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting and providing customer service to our Administrative Staff.

What is a typical day like for an Admin Payroll Specialist?

• Manage the bi-weekly payroll cycle for administrative personnel
• Coordinate the collection and distribution of timecards and reports
• Manage the receipt and processing of supplemental pay
• Prepare, process, and track wage garnishments and child support orders
• Maintain electronic filing system for pay records in accordance with applicable regulations
• Audit & update employee records as appropriate
• Maintain benchmarking database and reporting
• Calculate bi-weekly incentives
• Calculate and distribute monthly and quarterly commission and bonus payments
• Provide standard and ad hoc reports on payroll activity
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Who is the right person for this role?

• HS Diploma with Postsecondary coursework in Accounting Preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Multi-state payroll processing experience preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP & ADP is desired
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
