Essential Functions:
Assist with all payroll related matters using payroll Paycom software.
Assist with preparing data from multiple platforms into a singular format for payroll; upload information from Practice Engine Ensure valid data transfers to/from payroll service.
PTO tracking, management and reconciliation.
Busy Season Banking
– tracking and managing overtime banking through designated busy season.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 of previous experience working in payroll department.
Assistance with Payroll and Timekeeping.
Understanding of Accruals of Paid Time Off.
Experience in data collection, entry and reporting.
The candidate must have good judgement, punctuality, a good work ethic and great knowledge of computer software.
