Job Title: Payroll
– Auditor

Location: Lake Mary, FL
– Hybrid

Duration: 6 months or longer

Pay: $30-35 on W2

Shift: 9AM
– 6PM

JOB DUTIES:

As the Global Payroll Auditor, your primary responsibility is to validate payroll transactions that are included or impact the Gross to Net Pay Amount for all employees.

Audits will include short term Disability payments, Termination, tax, garnishments, special pay, and collection of overpayments.

All transactions must be in compliance with the applicable country or state Wage and Pay Practices, Country, State, Federal, and Local regulations.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
  • One or more years of experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and Infor time systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of each payroll transaction responsible for auditing.
  • Understanding of Federal, State, and Local tax requirements as well as Wage and Payroll Practices.
  • Knowledge of end to end Global Payroll processes and processing schedule.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, support day-to-day activities while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills; strong written communication skills, capability to communicate clearly and effectively across various levels in the organization.
  • Knowledge of audit and payroll practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Capability to be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work and multi-task.
  • Good relationship-building/interpersonal experiences.
  • Results-oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive, and attention to detail abilities.
  • Good quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A team-oriented individual who interacts and supports team members, team building.
  • Ability to manage large work volumes, show flexibility, adapts easily to change

LOGISTICS:

  • Monday
    – Friday, 9am
    – 6pm EST
  • This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager

Compensation and Benefits:

We pay weekly every Friday, have direct deposit, and offer a competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental Vision, 401k plan, etc.
