Payroll Associate

A fast growing company is looking for a Payroll Associates to add to its team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Process multi-state employee payroll weekly
• Prevailing wage and certified payroll
• Gather and enter timesheets
• Serve as main point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions
• Process benefits and retirement deductions
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll reporting
• Process garnishments
• ertified payrollWork with other departments to review any payroll discrepancies

Required skills and qualifications:

• 3+ years payroll experience
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to serve both internal and external customers
