The position will be responsible for account provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, and triaging issues related to the HRIS application for a growing multi-state educational organization.
The HRIS Administrator will also assist in the development of training tools and job aides for end users.
This position can be performed remotely.
The ideal candidate should reside in PA, MD, VA, OH, NJ, or MA.RESPONSIBILITIESSupports HRIS Manager in optimal function of the HRIS and Timekeeping systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.Responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, and triaging of the HCM support inbox and HRIS tickets generated through the IT ticketing system.Responsible for validating system interfaces run properly through daily report generation and audit.Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS and Dimensions end users.Supports HCM functions across all business systems, third party systems and databases.
