We are seeking an HR Business Partner / Generalist with excellent business orientation and the ability to respond to the ever-evolving demands of providing responsive, effective HR services within a large, complex manufacturing environment. Conducts meetings with employees and respective business leaders. Analyzes trends and metrics, and collaborates with the HR team and leaders to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Works closely with business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. May support an identified employee population within the overall site population.20% Conducts investigations as assigned.10% Prepares reports and analyzes data as needed to support site and Company needs. Plan, organize, and make presentations to diverse employee groups.10% Provides responsive on-demand HR services to leaders and employees that arise during the normal course of business.Skills: Experience within a manufacturing environment.Exposure to or knowledge of conducting confidential investigations.Must have demonstrated knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards of human resources management, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.Working knowledge of human resource components expected: employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, recruiting, organizational development.Must be flexible enough to fill in where required within the Human Resources organization.Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.Demonstrated skill in identifying customer needs and delivering customer service.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures.PHR or SHRM-CP Certification is preferred.Experience in a technical work environment using a matrix management structure is desirable.Being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 may be a condition of employment. Proof of vaccination or an accommodation request that has been approved will be required prior to starting employment with the Company.Education: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field and at least two (2) years of directly related professional HR experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
